Advantage

ZLB type pump is a single-stage vertical axial flow pump, which is suitable for sucking clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. The maximum temperature of the sucked liquid is 50℃. Pumps can be used for agricultural irrigation and drainage, urban water supply, circulating water in thermal power stations, lifting water level in docks or other water conservancy projects.
ZLB type axial flow pump has a simple structure, the main components are: inlet horn, impeller, impeller shell, guide vane body, pump seat, pump shaft, rubber bearing, water outlet elbow, etc. ZLB axial flow pump can be equipped with a vertical motor, the motor is mounted on the motor base, and the motor shaft and the upper drive shaft of the pump are connected together by an elastic coupling (or coupling). When the pump is running, all axial forces are carried by the axial thrust bearing in the transmission. This type of pump can also use a hollow shaft vertical motor, and all the axial force of the pump is borne by the motor. The user must specify which motor is used in the order contract. The axial displacement of the pump rotor can be adjusted by the nut in the transmission device (or the lifting nut on the hollow shaft motor shaft). The weight of the pump body, transmission device and motor are all borne by the foundation.
Water lubricated rubber bearings are installed in the guide vane body and the upper cavity of the water outlet elbow, which play a radial support role. If the installation size exceeds the specified height, an intermediate bearing needs to be added to serve as an auxiliary radial support.
